Driver Miraculously Not Injured After High Speed Crash Into Tree & Light Pole

DETAILS:
- Riverside Fire Department and Riverside Police Department responded to reports of a car into a tree with the driver trapped.
- When units arrived, they found one vehicle slammed against a tree with major damage.
- The driver had self extricated from the vehicle.
- According to witnesses the man was driving at a very high rate of speed when he left the roadway, hit a city light pole, knocking it over then slammed violently against the tree.
- Drugs or alcohol do not appear to be a factor in the Collison, but speed does.
- The man was uninjured but caused major damage to the light pole and other city property.
