Driver Loses Control and Hits 4 Parked Vehicles

1. A witness had just gotten out of his UBER ride in front of his house when he observed the male driver of a BMW speeding eastbound on Ocean View Blvd and then suddenly attempting an illegal U-Turn.
2. The male driver of the BMW lost control and smashed into a parked car, which in turn caused damage to three other vehicles in front of the original vehicle.
3. The driver was not injured.
4. The driver stayed at the scene and DUI was not a factor, but speed was.
