Driver Killed in High-Speed Fiery Crash

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 9-4-25 18:16
LOCATION: West Valley HWY North of Todd BLVD
AREA/CITY: Kent (but due to travel direction, handled by Tukwila PD)
DETAILS:

1. A 1990s model BMW E30 was traveling at a high rate of speed along with another vehicle when it lost control, struck a tree and burst into flames
2. The driver was still alive and begging for help. Bystanders used multiple fire extinguishers but were unsuccessful at putting the fire out or extrication of the victim. He died inside the car
3. The second possibly involved vehicle did not stop
