Driver Killed in High-Speed Crash

DETAILS:
- A vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed lost control and struck another vehicle sideways
- The driver was then entrapped and was pronounced deceased while trapped in the car
- During the investigation, and once the Medical Examiner was on the scene, it was determined the car needed to be cut up for body extrication, and a rescue unit was toned out.
