Driver Killed After Slamming into Tree

DETAILS:

1. Ontario PD and FD received a call of a solo vehicle crash on Euclid Ave at the intersection of Philadelphia St
2. Units arrived and reported that a vehicle was on its roof
3. unclear if the driver or the passenger was inside or outside the vehicle when the crash happened.
4. FD pronounced the patient DOA upon arrival
5. Ontario PD is investigating the cause of the crash and is unsure if the vehicle was speeding at the time of impact.
