Driver Killed After Crashing Into RV in Fontana

At approximately 6:30 pm on March 11th, 2026, California Highway Patrol officers, along with San Bernardino County Fire and AMR personnel, responded to a reported traffic collision near Whittram Avenue west of Banana Avenue in Fontana.

Upon arrival, crews located a sedan with major front-end damage that had crashed into the front of an RV.

The driver of the sedan was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Authorities indicated the cause of the crash remained under investigation, though speed was believed to be a possible factor.

No additional information was immediately released.
