Driver Inhaling Nos Crashes Into Parked Cars Leaves Blood Trail

DETAILS:

1. According to a witness that lives in the area he saw about 4 people run from the car after the collision.
2. The suspects left a Nos tank which they use to get high.
3. LAPD is at the scene with the vehicle owners.
4. 4 vehicles appear to be involved.
5. Blood can be seen all around the car.
6. Residents woke up to a loud crashing noise and watched helplessly multiple people running from the scene.
7. Front major damage is also present possibly from an unreported traffic accident.
8. The street has no lights.
