Driver Flees After Crashing Through Fence & Into House
INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 6-27-23, 12:39 a.m.
LOCATION: 2652 West Lincoln Ave and Stinson St.
CITY: Anaheim
DETAILS:
- Anaheim Fire and Rescue and Anaheim Police Department responded to reports of a car into home.
- When first arriving units made it to the scene they found a home with major damage to the wall as well as a fence with major damage.
- According to the resident, him and his girlfriend were getting ready for bed when an older model Honda CRV was leaving a bar (Los Venaditas Bar) across the street from the home. The car was backing up at a high rate of speed when for unknown reasons it went through a fence and hit the wall of the bedroom in the home.
- The wall of the home received major damage.
- The car then began to leave the scene and in the process hit a parked truck, leaving behind its bumper.
- Police have Anaheim building crews enroute to check for structural damage.
- At this time police do not have a suspect in custody.
