- Vehicle vs high pressure fire hydrant on La Brea with water shooting 75-100ft into powerlines
- LAFD had DWP turn the water off because of the wires
- Vehicles could be seen driving through the water as some mad U-turns to avoid
- The vehicle that struck the hydrant did not stop
