Driver Fleeing Police Crashes, Injuring Four | Chatsworth

03.16.2022 | 12:35 AM | LOS ANGELES – Shortly after midnight LAPD West Valley Division Officers went into pursuit of a possible DUI driver in the area of Etiwanda and Saticoy. The pursuit worked its way through part of the West Valley where the suspect went North on the 405 freeway The suspect then took the 118 west LAPD officer discontinued the pursuit but the LAPD helicopter stayed over head tracking the suspect. The Suspect vehicle crashed into to other vehicles trapping a innocent driver in his car. Firefighters used the Jaws of Life to free him, from the wreckage and paramedics transported him and the driver of a third vehicle to a local hospital. The driver and passenger of the Black BMW that was being chased was taken into custody and then transported by paramedics to a local hospital.
