Driver Ejected And Killed After Car Flies Off Freeway | El Cajon

01.20.2022 | 9:21 AM | EL CAJON – Witnesses told the Deputies who arrived before the CHP officers that the male driver was northbound on Willow Glen Dr. and was excessively speeding when he lost control on a curve in the road.

The 2020 Dodge Challenger left the roadway, and struck some large rocks before becoming airborne and hitting several trees.

The Dodge ended up below the road and was covered in tree limbs and the male driver was ejected from the vehicle.

The driver is a male and is believed to be from Chula Vista.

Traffic has been down to one-way traffic control on Willow Glen Dr.
