DETAILS:
- Single vehicle crash.
- The driver was a male believed to be around 50 years old.
- He was driving an older black Tahoe.
- Witnesses did not see the accident but reported hearing the crash.
- When they arrived, they found the black Tahoe crashed into a tree.
- The male was the only occupant in the vehicle.
- Officers arrived and performed CPR, but he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
