Driver Caught On Camera Driving Wrong Way is Arrested

DETAILS:
- CHP got reports of a vehicle traveling the wrong direction on the 5 freeway in Norwalk
- Vehicle was traveling northbound on the 5 in southbound lanes vehicle was in the HOV lane going in an unknown speed
- Numerous reports were coming in from passer buys on the freeway vehicle ended up, stopping in the HOV lane facing the wrong direction on the five freeway at Carmenita
- Vehicle ended up making a U-turn on the freeway going in the right direction southbound, but exited the freeway at Carmenita Road
- An air unit was up ahead, watching the vehicle and chp units got behind the vehicle and the vehicle ended up going the wrong direction again on the offramp on the northbound five freeway
- The vehicle yet again made a U-turn on the offramp going in the right direction and the vehicle came to a stop after CHP had vehicles surrounded
- The suspect gave up and was placed into handcuffs by CHP Santa Fe Springs division
