Dramatic Water Rescue: Car Overturned in Bolsa Chica Wetlands

LOCATION: PCH South of Warner Ave.
CITY: Huntington Beach
DETAILS:

1. Just after 11 PM Monday night, units from the Huntington Beach Police and Fire Departments along with California State Lifeguards were dispatched to a traffic collision on Pacific Coast Highway south of Warner Avenue.
2. Arriving units found a single car rolled over into the water in the Bolsa Chica Wetlands.
3. One person was rescued from the water and transported in an unknown condition.
4. The cause of the crash is unknown and under investigation by members of the Huntington Beach Major Accident Investigation Team.
