- CHP first on scene finds car wrapped around metal utility pole
- Engine 311 arrives on scene and requests Jaws of life and extraction tools
- Battalion 147, arrives on scene, request helicopter be on standby.
- Medic Engines 401a and 401 arrive with Jaws of life and saws
- Medic Rescue 402 arrives
- Roof of vehicle is removed.
- Dash and door is removed.
- Patient is removed and taken to waiting ambulance.
- Injuries turn out to be minor.
- Transported to local Hospital
- Truck Driver and passenger reported no injuries.
- CHP Barstow investigating
