Dozens Of Cars Crashed, & Spun Out From Icy Roads

- after the snow storm passed the roads that were covered in snow are now covered in ice.
- Dozens and Dozens of motorists continue to drive 2 wheel drive vehicles with no chain cause a slew crashes and pile ups all around town, one of which is in front of my own home where over a dozen cars and currently stuck and/or crashed.
- This pile up started with a large pick up truck with a massive trailer loosing control and jack knifing across a north bay road. the area is known for spin outs due to its steep incline and lack of exposure to the sun. this set off a chain reaction of people unable to stop in on the down hill side cause vehicles to spin out and crash.
- Over a dozen vehicles are spun out and crashed in this area and the number continues to grow. This started when a vehicle got stuck going up hill and instead of backing down hill, the occupant decided to start putting chains on in the middle of the road setting off yet another chain reaction. as cars approached the vehicle coming over the hill. they had to stop and slam on their brakes to avoid hitting vehicles that were attempted to illegal pass the stuck car. other vehicles also became stuck behind the stuck vehicle when they had to stop for on coming traffic which now was crashed and blocking the road. stuck on ice they were unable to back up or turn around without sliding into other cars or off the road completely.
