Double Fatal Wrong-Way Crash | Riverside

03.15.2022 | 12:30 AM | RIVERSIDE – CHP Riverside units responded to a call of a Ford Fusion traveling southbound in the northbound lanes of I-215 northbound from I-10. As units were responding a head-on crash occurred involving the Ford Fusion and a Ford Focus, in the carpool lane of I-215 northbound, south of the San Bernardino County Line. Once the CHP units arrived on scene, they discovered both drivers had sustained fatal injuries as a result of this crash. Both drivers were sole occupants of their vehicles. Officer Quintero is the investigating Officer.
