DETAILS:

1. Both the shots fired and the SWAT op removing the suspect from the vehicle are in this.
2. PC felony assault had been found during a DV assault call near by.
3. A subsequent short pursuit ensued
4. Deputies fired on the suspect in the 263rd and pac hwy location and the suspect was later pronounced deceased on scene
