Domestic Dispute Turns Deadly

DETAILS:

1. Police are investigating the murder of an unknown person after original reports of a domestic violence
2. Brea FD paramedics were dispatched to a residence on a ‘stage away’ call shortly after 11:30 AM referencing a domestic violence per radio traffic from Metronet Dispatch
3. About 15 mins later, fire paramedics were cleared to enter for a patient suffering a gun shot wound “to the head”
4. According to multiple social media posts from Facebook and Ring, the ambulance did not transport anyone to the hospital from the residence
5. A large crime scene was established with numerous police and detectives on scene
6. Animal Control officers were summoned to the scene to take custody of the possibly deceased’s pit bull dog.
7. Around 11:40 AM, additional paramedics were summoned to N Puente Street & Central Avenue at the Holiday House Liquor in reference to Brea PD out with a male “covered in blood”. This location is only a few blocks away from the homicide scene.
