- A pedestrian was struck and killed by a man that had a medical issued due to low blood pressure.
- Per the man sister, who arrived with a can of soda, said he does not have a CA drivers license or US citizenship.
- Good Samaritans seen giving the male victim CPR.
- Police arrive and help with CPR until paramedics arrived.
- Downey FD/Paramedics pronounced the victim deceased after about 25 minutes of CPR.
- Downey police let the driver go with his sister after he was given a sobriety test.
- Rosecrans was closed in both directions west of Lakewood Blvd
