1. HCSO working a major fleet MVA involving deputy on patrol marked vehicle
2. Deputy headed eastbound 4300 block of state highway 99
3. Fog believed to be a factor affecting his visibility
4. Deputy swerved, went to the northbound barrier, overcorrected, came back south on the road, and hit the concrete barrier
5. Deputy was not injured, EMS checked out deputy, and was not transported to hospital
6. No other vehicles involved
