Deputy Injured In Major Crash | Rosemead

07.30.2022 | 1:54 AM | ROSEMEAD – A “Deputy Down” call was broadcasted just after 2am following a high speed pursuit. At this time, it is believed the deputy was either responding to or engaged in a pursuit before crashing. Video shows large police escort escorted the deputy in the back of an ambulance to USCMC. It is believed one civilian victim was also transported in the crash in unknown condition. Video from the scene shows major damage done to both the patrol vehicle and the civilian vehicle. It is unknown what patrol station the deputy is assigned to and if he was running lights and sirens at the time of the crash.
