- The large procession Took place on March 19th for slain San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Deputy Hector Cuevas, who was killed in a horrific and graphic Pursuit traffic collision In Victorville Monday.
- San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department transported the body from the coroner’s building on Lena St and 3rd Street.
- The Deputy was transported down Waterman Avenue to Highland and Valencia to the San Bernardino Community Memorial Chapel.
- The SBCO Honor Guard removed the casket from the hearse and carried the deputy into the memorial while hundreds of deputies and officers saluted him to honor his life and service.
- The Deputy was killed in a terrible Traffic collision on Monday while in pursuit of a stolen vehicle.
- The suspect was arrested and is being charged with multiple crimes, including murder.
- A Candlelight vigil was held in front of Spirit of Life church in San Bernardino for the family and friends of the deputy.
- Family and friends were seen lighting candles and setting up an absolutely beautiful display of candles and flowers to honor their beloved husband and father.
