1. Reports of a person shot
2. LASD rescued a man and put him in a SUV and drove him to safety
3. Victim transported by ambulance
4. The shooter was shooting at deputies when they arrived
5. It appears the shooter was neutralized by deputies
6. All artesia east and west blocked
