Deadly Car-to-Car Shooting in Irvine Neighborhood | Active Investigation Underway

DETAILS: One person is dead following a shooting that occurred in a residential Irvine neighborhood.  The Irvine police department is reporting a car to car style shooting that left one victim dead.  The Orange County Fire Authority also responded and transported the male victim to a local hospital where he later died.  The Irvine police department says two vehicles with men pulled up to the victim vehicle and fired several shots at the victim striking him in his upper torso.  The vehicles then fled the area and are still at large, one vehicle is described as a Honda Civic style and the other being a Mercedes sedan.  This is still an active investigation and they have no description of the suspects at this time.
