Crazy Suspect Runs Inside Church As People Flee | Chula Vista

11.11.2021 | 10:15 AM | CHULA VISTA – A Deputy pulled over a wanted felon on Campo Rd (Hwy 94) in Jamul. The suspect fled and made his way west on Procter Valley Rd. He was pursued by numerous law enforcement agencies throughout Chula Vista. He drove through Red Lights and 2 different City Parks, almost hitting people in the parks. He finally dumped his truck in Lauderbach Park at 333 Oxford St. He jumped the fence and ran to the “Our Lady of Precious Blood Catholic Church and entered it. A funeral service was taking place and the Deputies along with CVPD officers started to evacuate the church of approx 100 people.
