Crazy Male Hi-Jacks Huge Construction Crane | Houston

3.26.2021 | 3:00 AM | HOUSTON, TX – A man is in custody after defying the ‘gravity’ of the situation he put authorities in Friday morning.

Houston Police along with Firefighters received a call regarding a man who jumped a fence into a construction area along the 800 Block of Crawford Street. Slowly but surely, he began climbing the towering crane, where he was able to reach the controls.

The man got into the cab and began moving the crane around, messing with the controls, and in essence, Hi-jacking the crane.

HPD SWAT teams climbed the crane after they cut power to the machine and the man surrendered peacefully. It is uclear why the guy went up there in the first place, and police will be further investigating what transpired.
