Crash into High Pressure Hydrant Causes Flooding

DETAILS:

1. A single vehicle crash caused water to enter the power lines, and all of Venture Blvd’s lanes were closed.
2. One person was transported from the car.
3. DWP at the scene trying to lower the power and shut it off.
