Costa Mesa: Violent Crash Hospitalizes Five People

01.19.2019 | 11:20 PM | COSTA MESA – Five people were hospitalized after a violent crash, Saturday night.

Authorities responded to the reported traffic collision at the intersection of Fairview Road and Augusta Street around 11:20 PM.

Units arriving on scene found at least three wrecked vehicles and a total of five patients requiring treatment.

Firefighter paramedics treated the victims ranging from age 18 to 38 years-old on scene before transporting them to area hospitals.

Police closed off the area while they investigated the circumstances surrounding the crash.
