Convenience Store Shooting Leaves 1 Dead In Houston, TX

Midwest Patrol officers were dispatched to a report of a shooting.

Houston Fire Department personnel found an adult male who had been shot at least once. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.

While working that scene, officers received a call regarding a second shooting victim on Pagewood located just north of the original location.

Officers responded and located a second adult male who had also been shot at least once. He was transported to the hospital in critical condition.

Preliminary information indicates that the two men were involved in an altercation in the parking lot of a convenience store, during which both were shot.

The surviving male reportedly drove away in a van, stopped on Pagewood, and called for police and fire assistance.
