1. A construction worker (ped) died in the street hit by a passing construction truck
2. PER Bell PD- the driver of the construction truck that hit the victim is possibly did not belong to this construction zone and was passing through because he was in a construction truck and thought it would be ok
3. All Gage is closed in both directions
