Compton: Street Racers Cited, Cars Towed By Task Force

01.13.2018 | 9:30 PM | COMPTON – A multi-agency task force converged on a group of street racers, issuing citations and towing cars, Sunday night.

Officers associated with a street racing task force blocked in a group of street racers at the intersection of Avalon and West Compton boulevards around 9:30 PM.

The racers were reportedly doing donuts and other stunts when the officers pulled up and blocked them in.

Multiple citations were issued and several cars were seen being towed as a result of the operation.
