Compton: Spectators Struck by Car During Street Takeover

11.04.2018 | 1:20 AM | COMPTON – An out of control car at a street takeover struck several spectators, early Sunday morning.

Several hundred automobile enthusiast converged on the intersection of Compton Boulevard and Avalon Boulevard just before 1:30 AM. A takeover was initiated and numerous vehicles began doing stunts including donuts and burnouts.

During the chaos a vehicle lost control before striking numerous bystanders. It is unknown the extent of injuries however paramedics were not requested due to the nature of the event.

No arrests were reported.
