Colton: Fiery Crash Involving Semi-Truck Leaves One Dead

10.26.2019 | 5:15 AM | COLTON – A fiery crash involving a semi-truck left one person dead, early Saturday morning.

Authorities responded to reports of a traffic collision involving a vehicle that collided with a semi-truck on the southbound I-215 Freeway near La Cadena Drive around 5:15 AM.

Units arriving on scene located a red BMW that had collided with a semi-truck and was engulfed in flames.

Firefighters worked to douse the blaze but later discovered an individual deceased inside.

The circumstances surrounding the crash remain under investigation.
