4th video shows several engines staged along Kennedy Street for structure protection where houses line the river bottom.

The fire has been mapped at 38 acres by an Infrared-mapping aircraft. The perimeter is now viewable on the Watch Duty map.
- An evacuation order has been issued for north of Santa Ana River, South of Limonite, east of Wineville Avenue and west of Van Buren Boulevard.
