LOCATION: NB I-805 @ L St/Telegraph Canyon Rd.

DETAILS:

 

1. For an unknown reason, an elderly male lost control of his minivan and left the traffic lanes of northbound I-805.
2. The minivan traveled down the steep embankment before crashing into the guardrails of the freeway off-ramp.
3. He was not injured.
4. The CHP is investigating.
