CHP Officers Find And Rescue Tiny Dog | Camarillo

01.01.2021 | 2:46 AM | CAMARILLO – CHP Ventura Officers Thurston and Zambrana were grabbing a snack at a convenience store when they came across a small dog roaming around outside.

The dog appeared to be cold and weak, however was wearing a little sweater. The officers contacted Ventura County Animal Services and were instructed to drop it off at the VCAS headquarters a short distance away in Camarillo.

The officers wrapped the dog in a thick blanket and placed it in a kennel at the front door where a VCAS officer en route to retrieve it.
