CHP & Neighbors Save Lost Horses | Santa Rosa Valley

03.23.2021 | 10:11 PM | SANTA ROSA VALLEY – CHP Moorpark officers responded to a call of three loose horses roaming in the area of Presilla Rd and Barranca Rd.

Several residents that live in the neighborhood with equestrian experience stopped to help gather the horses.

Officers canvassed the neighborhood asking residents if the horses belonged to them, but no luck.

The Good Samaritans took the horses into their custody for safekeeping and will attempt to locate their owner in the morning.
