CHP Attempts CPR on Downed Motorcyclist

DETAILS:

1. CHP came upon a downed motorcyclist and immediately started performing CPR
2. The motorcyclist collided with a vehicle and that driver appears distraught
3. All lane shut down
4. CHP & LAFD tried for about 20 minutes before pronouncing the rider deceased
