Children Stuck Atop Carnival Ride

DETAILS:
- A parent called 911 reporting that multiple children were stuck atop a ride at “Conejo Valley Days”
- The children were uninjured the ride had just broke down
- Firefighters arrived and assisted to getting the children out of the ride
- Multiple ambulances staged as a precaution along with a technical rescue response from Ventura County fire
- A ladder truck pulled up next to the ride incase their ladder had to be utilized
- The ride was shut down after the incident
