Child Survives, Father Dies After Drowning Call

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 12-6-25, 4:24 pm
LOCATION: Lake Perris Boat Docks
AREA/CITY: Moreno Valley
DETAILS:

1. Cal Fire, Riverside County responded to a drowning with two patients.
2. According to scanner traffic, the child had been rescued successfully but the adult was still in the water.
3. When they arrived, they found two patients, an adult and a child. The adult was being given CPR on a State Parks boat by State Park Police (See Video).
4. The adult was transported after extensive CPR according to several witnesses.
5. The child was transported shaken but in good condition.(see video)
6. The condition of the adult is unknown.
,both patients were transported along with a third patient from the party who was suffering from an manic episode regarding the incident. (See video)
