1. The emergency call originally listed the crash as being at Civic Center and Tidelands Ave in National City, but the crash could not be found.
2. At 4:58 am, the call came out that the crash was on the naval base at the Harbor Drive and 8th St Gate.
3. Federal Firefighters and NCFD responded along with Base Police and Military Police.
4. They found a male inside of an overturned vehicle.
5. He was injured and transported to the Naval Medical Center in Balboa Park.
6. It’s unknown what he hit or the cause of the accident.
