1. HPD and HFD responded to reports of an auto vs pedestrian
2. pedestrian was pronounced deceased at scene
3. A cement mixer traveling on the outbound lanes struck a pedestrian
4. evidence suggests that the pedestrian may have stepped out in front of the truck
5. No vehicle or property belonging to the deceased on the freeway
6. unknown why the pedestrian was on the freeway
