Cars Trapped on Flooded Street | San Diego

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 1-3-23 5:51 am LOCATION: Lightwave Ave, JWO Ruffin Rd CITY: San Diego DETAILS: Earlier in the evening, two drivers drove their vehicles into the flooded roadway. They were towed out. An hour later, 3 more drivers drove into the flooded roadway. The City Signs warning of the flood street were sitting on the sidewalk and facing the wrong way.
