Car to Car Shooting Leaves Man Shot in the Neck

DETAILS:

1. A shooting occurred at the intersection of 13th and 315th with the victim fleeing in his car that was also shot up
2. The victim car stops blocks away where aid and pd joined at 10th ave & 313th. He was shot in the neck and abdomen
3. Once the original scene was being secured the suspect car came and stopped. Suspect taken into custody and car secured as evidence
4. Witness interview is good, but the mans recollection was a bit off. He may not have seen anything like this before. Use sound bites, and not his chain of events
