Car Plows Into Hair Salon Damaging Two Businesses & Narrowly Missing Customer | Garden Grove

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 12-20-22, 3pm

LOCATION: 8939 Garden Grove Blvd (GG Hair and Myungrang Hot Dog)

DETAILS:

Orange County Fire Authority responded to a vehicle into a structure.

When they arrived, they found one vehicle that had plowed into a wall at GG Hair Salon and that impact blew out the wall at Myungrang Hot Dog restaurant.

At this time it appears that the driver, an adult male was trying to park in front of a hair salon and may have accidentally hit the gas, putting him into the wall of the restaurant.

There were two people in the hair salon at the time of the collision, the owner and 1 customer.

There were several customers, adults and kids in the In the Myungrang Hot Dog restaurant at the time of the collision.

One man was standing in the restaurant right next to where the impact blew out a section of the wall, narrowly missing the man.

There were no injuries, but several people were shaken up.

Orange County Building Department did respond and Red Tag the building for structural damage.
