Car Leaves Freeway & Crashes Into Tree

DETAILS:

1. A male was injured when he crashed his car into a tree on the right shoulder of the Westbound 10 Freeway, just East of Sierra Ave.
2. San Bernardino County Fire, AMR, and CHP were dispatched to a reported traffic collision with extrication on the Westbound 10 Freeway, East of Sierra Ave.
3. County Fire arrived at the scene and located a sedan that had crashed into a tree.
4. The driver required minor extrication to open the door.
5. He was transported to a local hospital with unknown injuries.
6. CHP is investigating the crash.
