Car Hits Truck, Narrowly Misses More Cars, Then Hits House, Driver Flees | Riverside

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 1-27-23, 8:29pm LOCATION:7576 Bloom Way CITY: Riverside DETAILS: Riverside Police Department and Riverside Fire Department responded to multiple reports of a car into a home with fire. When units arrived they found a Black Ford Edge that had hit a red truck then proceeded about half a block, narrowly missed two other vehicles in a driveway and then hit a house. The driver then fled the scene. Police don’t believe the car was stolen. The vehicle did cause significant damage to the house but it was on an addition to the home, not the original foundation. The vehicle also hit a semi large tree at the front of the property, destroying it. You can see it smashed/attached to the front end of the truck. There were no injuries to any residents of the home.
