Car Hauler Overturns, Dumps New SUVs In Jurupa Valley

At approximately 2:12 p.m. on June 23, 2026, California Highway Patrol officers and Riverside County Sheriff’s deputies responded after a car hauler overturned near the eastbound State Route 60 on-ramp at Country Village Road in Jurupa Valley.

Emergency crews arrived to find the transport trailer on its side after it rolled over while exiting the freeway.

According to investigators, the driver was transporting two newly purchased vehicles when the crash occurred. The vehicles—a Lincoln SUV and a Ford Expedition—were thrown from the trailer during the rollover.

Both SUVs still displayed auction tags, and authorities believe they were being transported from an auto auction using a personal vehicle and trailer.

Investigators said the driver was exiting the eastbound 60 Freeway when the trailer overturned after taking the turn too sharply.

Despite the dramatic crash, no injuries were reported.

Traffic was impacted while crews worked to recover the overturned trailer and the damaged vehicles.

The incident remains under investigation.
