Car Flies Off Freeway Into Ditch, 2 Injured | Redlands

11.20.2021 | 3:01 AM | REDLANDS – Authorities responded to reports of a vehicle into ditch. A reporting party stated they saw “sparks and a lot of smoke.” CHP officers arrived on scene and located a vehicle which had flown off the freeway and landed into a ditch approximately 100 ft away from the roadway. One victim was conscious and walking around, however, the other victim needed to be carried out by firefighters with a ladder. At least one was transported to a local area trauma center in unknown condition. The cause of the crash is unknown. No further details are known at this time.
